Practising member and teaching Fellow of the Register of the Shiatsu Society UK since 1993 and Biodynamic Craniosacral practitioner since 1997.

In 1993 Rachel pioneered Shiatsu in the workplace with her business Shiatsu Consultants. Treating staff on site at the BBC, advertising agencies, and law firms, she also taught Shiatsu techniques and exercises to staff as part of their ongoing stress relief and well being programs alongside her teaching for the British School of Shiatsu Do. 

Rachel completed the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner training at the CSTET with key teachers Michael Kern and Franklin Sills, occasionally joining as a teaching assistant since.

Having been a student of Saul Goodman since 1992 she is one of only a handful of qualified Shin Tai teachers in the UK and has participated in presenting postgraduate workshops of his Central Channel work.

Rachel is fully committed to natural health and continuing professional development, regularly participating in research and development within the field of holistic health.

Rachel is a member of the Shiatsu Society and a Fellow of the Register.
